G-Ticket BETA is the City of Georgetown's NEW! System to track and to respond to community complaints, requests and inquiries!

We are please to announce that we have had several submissions into our G-Ticket system over the past week! Most of the tickets have fallen to the Public Works Department, which is currently Online. Other tickets have fallen to county departments or to other city departments that are not currently trained on the G-Ticket System. Please do not let this discourage you from submitting your G-Ticket. We take the responsibility to forward your request to the correct department and update your ticket until these other departments are brought online.

Here is a list of features that we hope to develop for our G-Ticket system

• Enable attachments (.doc, .pdf, .jpg, .gif)
• Confirm email address field to catch misspelled email addresses
• Add job titles to city officials so you know what position your information is coming from
• Printer friendly ticket pages so you can print your G-Tickets easily
• Allow citizens to close their G-Tickets if they are satisfied
• Filter our help topics with another drop down menu to limit size and better organize the list
