ZETRON RADIO PAGING CONSOLES UPDATE / UPGRADE
BID OPENING: 2:00 PM PREVAILING LOCAL TIME
WEDNESDAY, MAY 11th, 2011
SCOPE:
The City of Georgetown-Scott County 911 Center is seeking BIDS for the UPDATE / UPGRADE of their ZETRON Radio Paging Consoles.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The City is seeking a vendor(s) to provide the items listed below.
The proposed UPDATE / UPGRADE will bring the present system to the most recent Intergrator RD Version 5.x on up to date PC’s purchased through ZETRON, with all necessary hardware and firmware upgrades required at each workstation. It will also include any “back end” UPDATES / UPGRADES required to the system, to complete the project.
Requirements:
1.The vendor must provide a technician that has been factory trained on the Series 4000 Consoles by ZETRON at their Redmond, Washington facility.
2.The vendor must provide a technician with working experience with HARRIS EDACS to the IP Systems to the ZETRON 4000 Console Systems.
3.The vendor must provide a seamless temporary radio solution to be utilized by the Georgetown Scott County 911 center during the entire UPDATE / UPGRADE process.

All inquiries shall be made no later than three (3) days prior to the bid opening date.
The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and wave formalities.
